The Loma Prieta School District’s Silicon Valley New Teacher Project Induction Program is a two-year program which provides assistance to teachers new to the profession as they develop individual plans for growth while clearing their preliminary credentials.  Our program is offered in partnership with UC Santa Cruz and the Santa Clara County Office of Education. The model assists and supports teachers with a focus on improving teacher’s classroom practice to ensure student academic success and to build reflective teaching practices.
